UNO METALS PRIVATE LTD was formerly known as UNO METALS LTD was incorporated in October 1984.
The Company has been registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under Registration No. 05.03101 dated 7th May 1999 with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in accordance with Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. It is classified as a ‘Systemically Important Non-Deposit Taking NBFC’ as per RBI regulations.
It may, however, be noted that:
(a) The Reserve Bank of India does not accept any responsibility or provide any guarantee regarding the present financial soundness of the Company, nor for the correctness of any statements, representations, or opinions expressed by the Company, or for the discharge of its liabilities.
(b) Neither is there any provision in law to keep, nor does the company keep any part of deposits with the Reserve Bank and by issuing the Certificate of Registration to the Company, the Reserve Bank neither accepts any responsibility nor guarantee for payment of deposit amount to any depositor.
