It is classified as a \u2018<i>Systemically Important Non-Deposit Taking NBFC\u2019<\/i> as per RBI regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It may, however, be noted that:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">(a) The Reserve Bank of India does not accept any responsibility or provide any guarantee regarding the present financial soundness of the Company, nor for the correctness of any statements, representations, or opinions expressed by the Company, or for the discharge of its liabilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">(b) Neither is there any provision in law to keep, nor does the company keep any part of deposits with the Reserve Bank and by issuing the Certificate of Registration to the Company, the Reserve Bank neither accepts any responsibility nor guarantee for payment of deposit amount to any depositor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Management Philosophy<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">At <b>UNO METALS PRIVATE LTD<\/b>, we take pride in our management philosophy and have achieved significant consolidation as we advance toward our objective of strengthening our position as a sound NBFC, dedicated to creating wealth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Our Vision<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To be a leader and role model among NBFCs in wealth creation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Our Values<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our core values define the attitude and behavior we believe are essential to delivering world-class performance.
